DeltaTRAK Celebrates 20 Years Of Cold Chain Management Innovation Introducing New Products At Fresh Summit 2009

To continue this tradition, the new FlashLink VU data logger is being introduced by private meeting. This LCD display data logger can be factory programmed with temperature limits to meet specific needs. The display presents current temperature along with icons that indicate logger status: active, stopped, or the patented and unique ShadowLog mode. ShadowLog guarantees that the logger contains time-temperature information even if the operator fails to start the device. Also available on the LCD display are trip statistics and a highly visible 2 tier alarm notification system.

In booth #2454, DeltaTRAK is introducing a new pulp thermometer with a needle tip probe and extremely fast response time. This NSF approved thermometer is waterproof, has a jumbo display, and features auto-calibration, a feature that makes it simple to field calibrate. Using an ice water solution, this thermometer can be calibrated with a single touch of a button. Designed specifically for measuring pulp and floral stem temperatures, the model 11063 thermometer is the ideal quality assurance tool.
