Intralox Series 800 Nub Top belt

This new belt is designed to address the problem that plagues most food processing companies - product sticking to the surface of conveyor belts.
An innovative nub pattern has been placed on the surface of Intralox's Series 800 Flat Top belt to create a "lifting effect" that reduces surface contact between the belt and the product being conveyed. This design eliminates product suction to the belt surface, promoting quicker, easier product release.
The belt is constructed of nubs that are 0.100 inch (2.5 mm) high and 0.333 inch (8.5 mm) apart. Available in white polypropylene, white acetal and natural polyethylene, the Series 800 Nub Top belt is ideal for most food processing applications where product sticking has historically been a problem. This new belt is recommended for products large enough to span the distance between the nubs.
