Intralox Series 800 Roller Top belt

The Intralox Series 800 Roller Top conveyor belt combines the familiar benefits of modular plastic conveyor belting with rollers designed to accommodate tough box and package applications, including low back pressure and box accumulation.

This new belt is unique because it has rollers actually built into the modules of the Series 800 Flat Top belt so the two function as one unit instead of separate entities. While the rollers are built into the Series 800 Flat Top module, they are located above the drive bar allowing for quick and easy belt installation and maintenance.

Since the Series 800 Roller Top belt is manufactured out of plastic, noise problems are eliminated, maintenance problems are reduced and the cost of ownership is reduced significantly when compared to the metal rollers commonly used in box and packaging conveyance.

The Series 800 Roller Top belts are available in polypropylene, natural polyethylene and white acetal with belt widths of 10 inches and higher (in 2 inch increments). These belts are equipped with stainless steel, roller axle pins for prolonged durability.

This belt is compatible with the Intralox Series 800 conveyor belt line, which has become standard in many food processing industries.
