S+S Inspection Is Set To Launch New P-Scan Technology At PTXI 2014 Powder Bulk Show 6-8 May 2014

Bartlett Illinois based S+S Inspection Inc will be exhibiting new metal detection technology at the PTXI Powder Bulk Show in Chicago 6-8 May 2014. The P-Scan Gravity Free-Fall metal detector surpasses detection sensitivity levels previously unattainable in powders, granules and bulk flowing materials. New proprietary technology in coil construction, and signal processing techniques are the reasons for this significant advancement. Other application benefits include higher levels of metal free zone management and immunity to environmental factors such as, vibration at levels not seen in other metal detectors.

The P-Scan metal detector is the new detection sensor component added to the established S+S line-up of free fall systems known as the Rapid series metal detectors. The R-4000, R-5000, R-6000 and R-8000 free-fall systems are uniquely designed for specific bulk free falling applications. When combined with the S+S Easy Clean Magnetic Separation devices the P-scan and Rapid Series technologies provide the highest level product purity against tramp metal.
