Brew masters at the Victory Brewing Company’s newest brewery needed a reliable pumping solution for the difficult job of moving spent grain and yeast through the brewing process. They opted for a progressing cavity pump, citing the pump’s ability to smoothly convey the viscous and abrasive media created during a brew cycle. Victory selected a progressing cavity pump, based on its ability to pump under the higher discharge pressures needed to move the spent grain all the way to silos located outside the facility.
